For more than 23 years, I have been helping people strengthen their thinking, unlock their potential and make better decisions in business and life.
My journey began as a Chemical Engineer and corporate professional with organisations like Reliance and KRIBHCO. While working in the corporate world, I realised that the biggest challenges people face are rarely because they lack knowledge. More often, they struggle because they lack clarity.
This realisation changed the direction of my life.
I dedicated myself to understanding leadership, human behaviour, decision-making and personal transformation.
Today, I work with founders, business owners, professionals and organisations across India to help them make better decisions, develop stronger leadership and build high-performing teams.
As a Senior Faculty with The Art of Living, I have conducted transformational programs across India and internationally, impacting more than 290,000 people through leadership development, Sudarshan Kriya-Meditation and human potential training.
